UBF features the best and most entertaining hoopers from the core height group in America. Similar to weight classes in combat sports, we level the playing field. Our innovative, fan-friendly style will create new stars and inspire future generations.
SIGNATURE RULES
3 Points for Dunks: The average NBA player can reach within 15" of the rim without jumping. In UBF's men's league, average standing reach will be about 25" from the rim, and the women's will be about 19" from the rim. Dunking is harder in our leagues, so we reward it!
1v1 At The Rim: Certain fouls trigger this 1-on-1 dunk attempt. Instead of teams trading free throws, we'll see some of the highest jumpers in the world go head-to-head at the rim with the game on the line!
Playing Time: We have mandates in place to make sure all active players record at least 5 minutes of playing time, and at least 5 minutes sitting out. This ensures that players all have a chance to make their mark.
