Men's League: Players must measure below 6'2" (barefoot) in height and be at least 21 years of age. At least half of all players on each team must be below 6'0".​​ 

 

Women's League: Players must measure below 5'8" (barefoot) in height and be at least 21 years of age. At least half of all players on each team must be below 5'6".
